This home offers a delightful blend of traditional Oriental and Western influences, creatively juxtaposed with a vibrant and contemporary design. Before we begin, we extend our gratitude to Michelle, the listing agent, and the homeowners for granting us the privilege of touring this exquisite property.

Touring A $2.48m Artsy Apartment In A Quiet Corner Off Orchard Road

Spanning 1,442 square feet

Spanning 1,442 square feet, this unit boasts four bedrooms and two baths. The homeowners were captivated by the vintage elements when they first moved in. Instead of removing them, they chose to embrace and integrate these features, investing $150,000 to transform the residence into the masterpiece it is today. The asking price for this extraordinary property is $2.48 million. Now, let's begin our tour at the entryway. Join us at hozonefly.com for more details.

As we step inside, a long entryway welcomes us. On one side, there's a partitioned storeroom concealed behind mirrored bifold doors, offering additional storage space. The presence of mirrors on both ends of the entryway creates an illusion of spaciousness and enhances natural light. In one corner, a long wooden bench fits perfectly, complementing the marbled tile flooring.

This flooring extends throughout the rest of the home, seamlessly tying the design together. As we enter the dining area, we are immediately struck by the expansive feel bestowed by the 3.2-meter high ceilings. An aspect that stands out in this dining area is the predominant use of circular elements. The curved walls, picture frames, pendant lights, and an elegant eight-seater mid-century marble table contribute to the overall ambiance.

The circular design elements successfully soften the rigid tones of the marble tiles and the grey, textured wall. The integration of these elements showcases impeccable taste. Moreover, a long built-in console gracefully guides our gaze into the living area. Above, an impressive collection of art pieces curated by the homeowners enhances the vibrancy of the living area. It includes a diverse mix of local and international works, injecting life into the space.

At the far end of the living area, strategically placed breeze blocks bring in diffused lighting, creating a captivating focal point visible from the entryway. Dominating this space are two three-seater sofas with a sleek coffee table in the middle. A large symmetrical rug adorns the living area, and atop hexagonal ventilated shelves, acting as concealment for wires, sits a TV set.

Noteworthy is the generous amount of space for maneuvering between the dining and living areas, allowing for comfortable movement. Stepping onto the balcony, we encounter beautiful mosaic tiles dating back to the unit's origins. Paired with the surrounding greenery, this outdoor space becomes an idyllic spot for relaxation.

The homeowners mention that the pleasant sounds of chirping birds often grace this area. Being on a higher floor, the balcony benefits from refreshing breezes, making it an extension of the living area, shielded from weather elements. Now, let's continue our exploration and discover the bedrooms. But before that, let's take a closer look at the kitchen.

Situated adjacent to the dining area, the kitchen is separated from the common areas by glass sliding doors. This design choice allows ample light to filter through, even when the kitchen is closed during intense cooking sessions. The galley layout of the kitchen is complemented by dark stone tiles, offering a practical solution against cooking stains.

Adorning the sides are honeycomb marble tile backsplashes, infusing the kitchen with character. Storage areas on both ends, along with a specially carved larder, cater to the needs of a culinary enthusiast.

Previously a bedroom, the next space has been transformed by replacing the walls with white bifold doors, expanding the living area. In the mornings, this versatile room serves as a study, while in the afternoons, it becomes a play area for the kids. The open design allows the parents to keep an eye on the children while entertaining guests. Opposite this multi-purpose room lies the second common bedroom, originally intended as a guest bedroom. During the pandemic, the owners converted it into a stylish study area.

Exploring a Unique $2.48m Apartment with Artistic Vibes near Orchard Road

The walls now bear a black polka dot pattern

The walls now bear a black polka dot pattern, creating a unique atmosphere, enhanced by the presence of a corner lamp. Although not the widest, this room accommodates a drum set, study area, and a two-seater sofa bed, cleverly utilizing the available space. As we continue down the corridor, we notice an array of artwork adorning the plastered walls. To the right, we find the master bedroom, while the kids' bedroom awaits to the left. Nestled between them is the common bath, showcasing marble-look floor tiles and white subway wall tiles.

The strategic placement of the awning window allows natural light to cascade into the room, beautifully reflecting off the pristine white surfaces. Stepping into the third common bedroom, we encounter a departure from the traditional two single-bed setup. The kids' room embraces an L-shaped arrangement, providing more legroom in the center—an ingenious design choice. Windows on either end bathe the room in ample natural light, offering stunning views of the lush greenery and heritage houses adorning the CBD skyline.

The room has been thoughtfully furnished with modular furniture, allowing for growth and adaptability over time. Finally, we arrive at the master bedroom, enveloped in darker, more intimate colors reminiscent of a luxurious hotel suite. Positioned centrally, a super king bed serves as the centerpiece, emphasizing the abundant space available. In our opinion, pushing the bed against one corner would open up additional possibilities for a study table, bookshelf, or cozy reading nook on the opposite end.

Featuring extensive built-in cabinets on both sides and windows on two walls, the master bedroom offers breathtaking views of fireworks displays, as shared by the homeowners. Connected to the master bedroom is the master bath, accessible through a small sliding door. Upon entering, one immediately notices the light and airy atmosphere. The bathroom boasts marble wall tiles and multiple open ledges for organizing toiletries.

That concludes our captivating tour for today. We hope you enjoyed it as much as we did. We extend our gratitude once again to the listing agent and the homeowners for graciously allowing us to explore their remarkable home.

The Rise of Weight Loss Surgery

In recent years, weight loss surgery has gained popularity as a potential solution for individuals struggling with obesity. These procedures aim to facilitate weight loss by altering the digestive system, reducing the amount of food the body can consume and absorb. While weight loss surgery can be life-changing for some, it is not without its risks and potential complications.

Understanding Weight Loss Surgery Complications

Weight loss surgery, like any surgical procedure, carries inherent risks. While many patients experience positive outcomes, there are instances where complications can arise, leading to severe health consequences or, in rare cases, death. It is crucial for individuals considering weight loss surgery to understand these potential risks fully.

Possible Complications from Weight Loss Surgery

Weight loss surgery can lead to various complications, including:

  1. Infection: Infections can occur at the incision site or within the abdomen after weight loss surgery. Prompt medical attention and proper wound care are essential to minimize the risk of infection.

  2. Bleeding: Excessive bleeding can occur during or after the surgery, requiring immediate medical intervention. Surgeons take precautions to minimize bleeding, but it remains a potential risk.

  3. Blood Clots: The risk of developing blood clots, also known as deep vein thrombosis (DVT), increases after weight loss surgery. Blood-thinning medication, compression stockings, and early mobilization are typically employed to mitigate this risk.

  4. Leaks in the Digestive System: Surgical procedures like gastric bypass or sleeve gastrectomy involve altering the digestive system. In some cases, leaks can develop at the connection sites, leading to infections or other complications.

  5. Nutritional Deficiencies: Weight loss surgery can affect the body's ability to absorb essential nutrients, leading to deficiencies in vitamins and minerals. Close monitoring and appropriate supplementation are crucial to prevent nutritional imbalances.

Lisa Marie Presley's Tragic Passing

Lisa Marie Presley's death was a devastating loss for her family, friends, and fans. According to officials, she passed away due to complications from weight loss surgery. While the exact details of the complications have not been disclosed, her untimely death serves as a stark reminder of the potential risks associated with weight loss procedures.

The tragic outcome of Lisa Marie Presley's case underscores the importance of thorough pre-operative evaluations, careful patient selection, and comprehensive post-operative care in weight loss surgery. It highlights the need for patients to be well-informed about the potential risks and to have a support system in place throughout their weight loss journey.

FAQs about Weight Loss Surgery and Complications

Touring A Cosy Scandi 1,345 Sqft Apartment In Gardenvista

Touring A Cosy Scandi 1,345 Sqft Apartment In Gardenvista

Hey, it's Juliana from Stacked. So today we're in Dunearn Road and we're gonna be taking a look at a 4-bedroom apartment in a leasehold development here called Gardenvista. The homeowners are a family of four. We've got a couple with their two kids and they've done well in balancing aesthetics with functionality, ensuring that the space works for every single member of their family. So let's head right in and begin this tour.

If you love home and decor just like us, visit Stacked Store now to refresh your home. Just a quick background about this home. This is a 4-bedroom apartment that has been converted into three bedrooms and it's 1,345 square feet in size. It also comes with two baths and a private lift that takes you directly up to the unit. So the homeowners moved in back in December 2022 and together with their interior designer Build Built done a decent amount of renovation to transform the space into what it is today.

Touring A Cosy Scandi 1,345 Sqft Apartment In Gardenvista (Youtube)

But okay, enough of that, let us start off at the private lift landing. So as you step out of the lift, you'll be greeted by this private entryway, which acts as an intermediary space before you enter or exit the apartment.

Here you get a glimpse of the different colours, materials, and textures that are used, which you'll see in the rest of this home. We are surrounded by full-height shoe cabinets that are done up in shaker style and in the corner, you even have a little seating nook, which you can use to put on your shoes. But now let us head in to check out the main areas of this home.

Through the main entrance door, it opens up into this brightly lit living room. So it's generous in size and the use of furnishings in earthy and neutral tones really help to make the space feel more warm and welcoming. Here we have a large 4 to 6 seater L-shaped sofa with a good amount of distance to the TV console. And I can also imagine an armchair or two fitting in here just fine if you do need additional seating options. This living room receives a good amount of natural light and this is due to the full-height windows.

So this home overlooks the inner side of the development and you do get a good view of the swimming pool, as well as the landscaping all around.

One other theme that you noticed throughout this home will be the curved corner detailing in the ceiling and the walls. This does help to visually soften the space. Moving further into the home is the dining room. So here we have a six seater dining set along with Rattan pendant lights that help to softly illuminate this space.

Forming the backdrop of the dining is the dry pantry. So once again, you do see the striped wallpaper, as well as the shaker style cabinets that was introduced early on in the entryway.

We've got a decent amount of open shelving all around for the homeowners to display their decor items and this does help to add character into the room. So all in all, I do really like the design of this dining. I can see this being the heart of the home where the family spends a lot of their time at.

Touring A Cosy Scandi 1,345 Sqft Apartment In Gardenvista

Through the glass pocket door, you have the wet kitchen.

So here you'll find an L-shaped layout kitchen with the fridge relocated outside to cater for more cabinet and shelving space to store additional appliances. This is is a pretty good sized kitchen. The family cooks fairly often so they've opted for a four burner gas cooktop. There's also a large window over here which helps to keep the kitchen well ventilated at all times.

Separating the kitchen from the service yard is another glass pocket door. So through here, you'll be able to find a dedicated laundry area, a WC, a storage room, as well as a secondary doorway that leads you out to the service corridor.

Okay, now let's head back in to check out the bedroom. In this corner, we have the common bathroom with neutral finishing to match the rest of this home. And right across, we have the first bedroom.

So let's take a look. Okay, so this bedroom is currently occupied by the two daughters of the family. It's big enough to fit 2 extendable beds to be adjusted accordingly to the kids' height. And apart from the three panel wardrobe, this room is kept rather minimal. This is to accommodate to the evolving spatial needs of the daughters as they grow up.

Up next is the second common bedroom. So this acts as a multifunctional room for the family. It's a study, it's a library, it's a play area for the children as well as a home office for the parents. There's additional storage cabinets that's built around the window and this does help to keep the room nice and tidy. And the homeowners have also mentioned that when their daughters grow up, this will be converted into a proper bedroom so that each of them will have their own individual rooms.

The last room we'll be taking a look at is the master. So this is situated away from the two common bedrooms to give the homeowners a little bit more privacy. The room has been changed quite significantly from its previous layout. So let me take you through. This used to be the third bedroom and it's now a dedicated walk-in for the master.

We've got tonnes of storage space over here. Drawer cabinets right under the window, along with a five panel wardrobe. Definitely enough space for the occupants of this room.

And if that's not enough for you, tucked wave behind the bedroom door is another wardrobe for additional storage. Right beside it, you'll find a makeup vanity.

And moving further into the room is the sleeping area. So over here, we have a king sized bed with enough space on both sides for bedside tables along with a scone light. And once again, you will find a full-height window letting in a lot of natural light and you'll also get a good view of the trees and the swimming pool from the comfort of your bed.

And finally, the master bathroom. So one of the main changes that will be made to this room is the removal of an old bathtub, which frees up more space for a proper standing shower.

At the end of the room, we have a large window, which does let in natural light to help the space feel more spacious and airy. The bathroom is finished in textured grey tiles, and near the entrance, there is a white vanity, coupled with an arched mirror. We have now come to the end of this tour. I hope you've enjoyed it as much as I did. If you'd like to find out more about this home or development, you can head on over to www.

Touring A $2.48m Artsy Apartment In A Quiet Corner Off Orchard Road

Touring A $2.48m Artsy Apartment In A Quiet Corner Off Orchard Road

- Hey guys, Reuben Dhanaraj here. Now today, we're just off the Oxley area. Some of you might remember this as the late Mr. Lee Kuan Yew's residence, a place that he called home for almost 70 years. And it's no wonder it's central, but it's still green, quiet and serene.

Today, we're gonna be checking out a four bedroom unit at Orchard Court, which has just gone on the market. Now, this home features a classic mix of both older Oriental and Western touches, playfully contrasted by a lively graphic modern design. Now, just before we begin, we'd like to thank the listing agent, Michelle, as well as the homeowners for allowing us to tour this beautiful home.

Touring A $2.48m Artsy Apartment In A Quiet Corner Off Orchard Road

And if you guys are ready, let's get this show on the road. All right, so a brief background of this home.

This unit features four bedrooms, two baths, and is spread across 1,442 square feet. Now, when the homeowners first moved in, they were drawn to the vintage elements of this home, so instead of removing them, they opted to build alongside, pouring $150,000 into transforming this home into what it is today. Now, the asking price is $2.48 million, and with that, let's begin at the entryway. So coming in, we've got a long entryway.

To one side is a storeroom that's been partitioned out behind these mirrored bifold doors for extra storage.

Now having mirrors on either end makes for a more spacious and bright entryway. And speaking of spacious, there's space in this corner here for a long wooden bench. Now the flooring is made of marbled tiles, and we've got a little breast strip that runs through the rest of the home. Coming into the dining area, you immediately notice how the space opens up, courtesy of the 3.

2 metre high ceilings. One thing I appreciate about this dining area, all the circular attributes at play here, including the curved walls, picture frames, pendant lights, as well as this eight seater mid-century marble table.

Now, having these circular elements helps us soften the somewhat rigid tones of the marble tiles, as well as the grey, rugged wall. And I say it's been done very tastefully. Here, we have a long, built-in console that gently leads the eyes into the living area.

Above, you'll find a collection of the homeowner's art pieces, featuring a good mix of local and important works that adds a burst of life into this living area. Now at the far end we've got breeze blocks that have also been specially sourced to fit the outer facade, and this brings diffused lighting into the living area. It's also the first thing you notice as you walk in through the entryway. Filling up this area are two three seater sofas dissected in the middle by a slim coffee table, with a large symmetrical rug running up the living area. At the far end, we've got a TV set atop the hexagonal ventilated shelves which double up as concealment for wires behind.

And one thing I appreciate is the amount of space you have here to manoeuvre around, as well as the ample room between the dining and living areas.

The balcony features beautiful, old mosaic tiles from the unit's beginnings, and combined with the greenery here, makes for a great place to unwind in. Now, the homeowners did mention that most of the noise you get here are actually from the birds chirping down below. Now, one final thing as well, because we are on a higher floor, it gets very breezy here, so the homeowners often use this as an extension of the living area, while still being sheltered from the rest of the weather elements. So, we'll check out the bedrooms in just a bit, but first let's have a look at the kitchen.

Now it's located right next to the dining area, and separated from the rest of the common areas by these glass sliding doors. Now this allows light to come in, despite it being closed for heavy cooking. Now, the kitchen is finished in a galley layout, and we've got dark stone tiles, always a good hedge against cooking stains. To the sides, we've got a honeycomb marble tile backsplash, adding a little bit of character to this kitchen. And finally, you notice the storage areas on either end, together with a larder that's been carved out, perfect for a family that's into cooking.

All right, so this was once a bedroom. However, the walls have been replaced by these white bifold doors to extend the living area. Now in the mornings, this serves as a study room, and in the afternoons, when the kids are back from school, it serves as a play area. It also allows the parents to keep an eye on the kids as they host guests from time to time. Opposite this multipurpose room is the second common bedroom.

Now, this initially functioned as a guest bedroom, however, during the pandemic, the owners opted to switch it into a study area.

Now, the walls have pasted over over with black polka dots, and together with the lamp in the corner, it creates quite a mood. Now it's not the widest, however, it's long enough to fit a drum set, study area, as well as a two-seater sofa bed. Continuing down the corridor, we noticed that the walls have been plastered with more artwork. Now to the right is the master bedroom, and to the left is a kids' bedroom.

Touring A $2.48m Artsy Apartment In A Quiet Corner Off Orchard Road (Youtube)

In the middle is the common bath, and it's been finished with marble look floor tiles, as well as white subway wall tiles.

Now, having the awning window behind also brings in light, nicely reflecting all these white surfaces. Heading into the third common bedroom, this kids' room actually strays away from most of the two single bed setups we've seen in the past. Now, it's positioned in an L shape to allow for more leg room in the middle, so suddenly very ingenious in that regard. We've also got windows on either end bringing in plenty of light, as well as providing views of the CBD skyline's lush greenery below, and the heritage houses.

Now finally, this room has been fitted mostly with modular furniture, which allows it to grow over time. And finally, the master bedroom. So heading in, we noticed that it's finished in darker, more intimate colours to emulate a hotel suite. Now in the middle, we've got a super king bed, which really gives you an idea of the space you have to play around with. Now, in my eyes, you could personally flush this to the corner, allowing for an additional study table, bookshelf, or even reading nook on the opposite end.

Now first we've got storage on either end with a lot of built in cabinets, and windows fronting two sides of the room. Now, the homeowners did mention that it's here that you get beautiful views of the fireworks.

Attached to this master bedroom is the master bath, which is separated by this small white sliding door. So coming in, you notice that it's light and airy. You've got marble wall tiles, as well as a number of open ledges for your toiletries.

And so that officially wraps up the tour for today. Hopefully you guys enjoyed it as much as we did. Now, just before we go, we'd like to thank the listing agent, as well as the homeowners for allowing us to tour their beautiful home. Now, if you'd like to find out more about this unit, you can head onto the link in the description box below, or head on to stackedhomes.com/editorial to find out more.

Touring a $100,000,000 Brand New Megayacht with 2 Swimming Pools

Touring a $100,000,000 Brand New Megayacht with 2 Swimming Pools. What's up everybody? It's Enes here and welcome to Istanbul, Turkey. On this week's episode, we're touring this newly constructed 263-foot long mega yacht, also known as Tatiana. On the exterior, this yacht was designed by Unique Yacht Design. And on the interiors, H2 paired this yacht with exquisite finishes throughout.

The current market value of this yacht is somewhere around 85 million euros. So we're definitely excited for today's episode. Lastly, I want to thank the builder and the shipyard behind this new vessel.

Bilgin Yachts for giving us the honor and the opportunity to tour this amazing new yacht, and share it with all of you. And now, let's begin our tour.

Touring a $100,000,000 Brand New Megayacht with 2 Swimming Pools

(upbeat electronic music) On the exterior, the yacht has very sleek and contemporary lines. I love the two-tone color combination. And if you look at the length of this yacht, and compare it to its height, it's a relatively short yacht, because it was designed to be this really streamlined and kind of sporty mega-yacht. I know from the exterior, the yacht looks very exciting, and there are so many more details that we could talk about it. But first I want to bring everybody's attention here to the aft deck on the main level.

Right behind me, we have this awesome bar setup, with the bar seating, chrome details throughout. And right across from that, we have this outdoor seating area, which looks super cozy.

And right behind that, we have this massive jetted jacuzzi that sits on the rear side of this yacht, it looks super inviting. You have the outdoor seating areas on each side. And if you look closely, right in the center of this jetted jacuzzi, we actually have skylights bringing in natural light to the lower deck.

And that's a such a unique, cool detail, that we're gonna see later in the tour. Now, coming back here, we have beautiful teak floors throughout, gorgeous stainless steel deck hardware. And over here, we have a staircase taking us to the bridge deck, which is right above us. Now, lastly, we have this automatic sliding glass door taking us to the salon. Now this part of this yacht is incredible.

This room is stunning. We have the seating area right in front of us, but first I want to cover this section here. We have this gorgeous grand staircase, taking us from the beach club, and bringing us here. We're gonna tour that beach club later in the video. We have an additional sliding glass floor on the other side.

And as soon as you walk in, you kind of have this landing area here, beautiful European Oak hardwood floors. Built-ins on each side with this mirrored back wall. And as soon as you step this way, you have the salon seating area here. Exquisite furniture set-up throughout, you pretty much have double of everything. Obviously this side of the yacht is extremely spacious.

I love the built-in speaker details, recessed-in LED lighting, as well as the subtle mood lighting that we're gonna see throughout the yacht. And focusing this side, we have more built-ins with TV right in the center. And this gorgeous gloss-finished Macassar, with detail that we're gonna see throughout the yacht. Now, of course, we have massive windows bringing a ton of natural light to the space, automatic shades. And this is the area where we sit down, and relax and enjoy the amazing sea views.

Now, continuing this way, we have the built-ins extend out.

And right behind this TV unit, we have the dining area, beautiful seating set up here, with this custom table that sits 14 people. And right above, we have this crystal chandelier, made by Lasvit, that really frames this room. Obviously, you all can see, this part of the yacht is very spacious. We have massive windows.

And focusing on my right-hand side, we have these beautiful woods-linear details, hand-hammered steel panels that we're gonna see throughout the yacht, all made and installed by Bilgin. And over here, to kind of bring some color to this dining area, we have this backlit gorgeous stone. And lastly, Mikey, this is an interesting area to talk about this detail. But if you focus on the floors here, we have the European Oak hardwood floors, additional hardwood floors with this stainless steel inlay and the carpet.

And if you look at the ceiling, Mikey, you can actually see that they carried out the same border detail on the ceilings as well.

I mean, talking about attention to detail, this is it. Now the last part of this room, dining area, we have this automatic door here opening up the small service hallway. And this door here opens up to the galley. Now this kitchen is built like a commercial kitchen. Everything is clad with stainless steel.

We have the first deep sink over here, two Electrolux dishwashers. And in the center, you kind of have your island setup with open shelving. And right behind this island setup, we have the induction cooktops, fryer, oven setup, your microwave. And on this side, we have more uppers base cabinets. And an additional sink.

Overall, great size galley that really fits this yacht. Now, going back to the dining room area, we have another door here opening up to a long hallway that takes us to the guests cabins. On my left-hand side, we have the elevator access on this deck. And on my right-hand side, we have this beautiful stainless steel staircase that goes up all the way to the top deck, as well as the lower deck.

It's built out of stainless steel.

I love the onyx steps throughout, everything is LED-lit, including the vertical lighting on the walls. And right in the center, we have this Crystal Caviar chandelier that really sets the mood as you look towards the staircase. Now over here, we have a day head, or powder room, beautiful stonework throughout, bookmatched right in the center. We have the vanity design here, LED lighting, good sized powder room. Now I want to take everybody back to the hallway.

We have this pocket door here, sealing off this section, because this long hallway takes us to four spacious guests cabins. This door right here, goes down to the crew quarters, so there's an easy access. And following here, on my right-hand side, we have the first guest state room. All the guest state rooms in this yacht are so well thought-out, every little detail is perfected. We have beautiful built-in furniture set up here, wood-paneled walls throughout.

I love the subtle LED reveal detail on the ceiling. Of course, you have your built-in speakers, recessed lights. We have the recessed-in TV on this side. Walls are clad with leather. And Mikey, we gotta show this detail.

You got a nice built-in desk setup, and your wardrobe space, hammered steel details, beautiful wood veneers throughout. I mean, everything is so decked out. And this door opens up to the full bathroom for this guest cabin. Marble throughout, bookmatched everywhere. You have your rain-head, chrome fixtures.

Of course, you get a view of the sea as well. And right here, we have the fabricated countertop for this gorgeous vanity design, hidden drain. Polished chrome details throughout, just an amazing bathroom. And this is first of many that we're gonna see throughout our tour. Now, coming back here, we have another guest state room on this side.

This one comes with a double bed setup, right on the other side, you have your TV on the wall.

Every bit of surface is clad with some sort of a gorgeous material, whether it's leather, wood paneling, subtle LED lighting, or the plush carpet that we're standing on right now. Obviously sea is right there. You have your automatic shades in every single room in this yacht. Even the built-ins on each side of the bed.

Everything is so exquisite. Now I want to take everybody here, this one also has a desk setup. And over here, we have all these built-in wardrobes, again with beautiful wood and steel details. And going through here, Mikey, we have another gorgeous bathroom for this guest state room. Double vanity setup, again, everything is beautifully fabricated, all the way to the ceiling LED-light details.

And over here, this one actually comes with a built-in tub setup. Again, marble everywhere, rain-head above, your handheld, literally everything you need. This is amazing. Now let's check out the third one real quick, which is right here, right next to the guest stateroom that we just toured. Again, this one also has a double bed setup.

They even have built-in reading lights, wood paneling throughout, again, amazing. You have your TV built-in speakers, wardrobe setup, and you have the full bathroom around the corner. Now, lastly, we have another guest cabin on this side. Pretty much the same finishes, double bed setup. And this one also has a full bathroom.

Now, to give everybody a little bit of reference, the first two guests cabins that we toured are on the starboard side, and the last two guests cabins that we toured are on the port side of this yacht. And that's pretty much it for this level. Now let's go back to the salon so we can check out the lower deck.

(relaxing music) All right, everyone, here we are at this grand staircase, off of the salon. This is one of the wow moments of this incredible yacht.

I mean, look at the marble work here that goes all the way into the walls with the subtle LED lighting. They have the Macassar gloss-finished wood panels, kind of breaking that pattern. This grand staircase looks stunning, and it brings you to the beach club. Now this part of the yacht is very exciting. We have an amazing indoor pool, and we're gonna cover all the other amenities here.

But first off, I want to talk about the entry here with this beautiful blue Agate stone detail, your bar seating. And right on the other side, you have your fabricated Carrara-marble bar section there. Behind me, we have this concealed door opening up to a steam room. And continuing our tour, we have this opening here taking us to the massage room. This part of the yacht is all about taking care of yourself, enjoying the amenities that this yacht provides.

And it comes with a massage room. You have your sink set up here, and we have one of these hydraulic side decks that folds down, and kind of extends out your outdoor area. You get a little bit closer to the water. It just creates this awesome breeze on the lower deck. And in case you want to benefit from the natural light, but yet you don't want to have the breeze, we have these sliding glass doors closing off these folding down sections.

Now going back in, we have another door right here, Mikey, let's take a quick look. And it is the full bathroom on this level. Vanity setup on my right-hand side, marble throughout, all the way to the walls. We have the walk-in shower here, with the hidden drain, rain-head above. I love how sleek this door is, it just kind of disappears into this pattern.

Now let's talk about what's behind me, which is this indoor pool area. This pool is 9 meters long, 3 meters wide, and 1.6 meters deep. And the fact that you have this within your yacht is something mind boggling, in my opinion. Even the coping of the pool is clad with marble, you have mosaic inside.

And here's another fun fact: when we arrived this morning, they actually had the pool drained because this yacht has tanks that can store the water from the pool and jacuzzis when it's cruising, that way you don't have to splash around any water.

You know, I wanted to point this pool out, and Mikey, we have to mention this, right above us, we have skylights that are located underneath the main deck jacuzzi. - Pretty insane. - How cool is that? Pretty incredible.

 - I know, right? This is amazing. And behind these wood panel doors, we actually have a couple doors opening up to utility rooms for this yacht, I wanted to mention that. And coming here, this is another incredibly cool detail of this yacht. Ready, Mikey?

We have this massive hydraulic door that actually opens up to the lower deck, or the outside F deck. How easy is that? And all of a sudden, now your beach club gets more natural light, has a nice, floating, kind of like a cantilevered roof line above, and opens up to your lower deck where you have your passerelle, and you can access the water.

Mikey, why don't you take the route that we just came out, and I want to take the other side so everybody can get a scale of this beach club. I mean, this part of the yacht is certainly very spacious.

And going to this side, you kind of have more lounging and seating areas, complimented with two TVs. And right above me, Mikey, we have fiber optic ceilings. How cool is that? - [Mikey] It's like a Rolls Royce. - That's right.

Now we have another side hydraulic folding-down deck setup here. Again, brings a ton of natural light to the lower deck. It's just an awesome outdoor space to enjoy. We currently have the railing up.

And just like the other side, if you want to block off the wind, but yet allow natural light to come into this space, you have these sliding glass doors.

Now I want to tell you guys something about this yacht. Tatiana was custom-built for an owner, and they were so successful with this build, that they ended up building two more sister yachts that have the same kind of layout, but little bit more refined with extra features. And those were also so successful that they ended up selling them. We actually had a chance to see those two other yachts in the shipyard. In fact, we were doing a behind-the-scenes episode for the shipyard on our second channel, Enes Plus, make sure to check that out.

Also, they started building the fourth one, which will be for sale in the future, so that's really exciting. Again, we're gonna have an awesome episode on Enes Plus channel. Now, back to here on the lower deck, we just saw the beach club. And within this level, we also have the utility rooms, crew quarters, and the engine room. So why don't we go to the engine room first, and check out what powers this incredible vessel?

All right, everyone, here we are in the engine room.

This part of the yacht is an immaculate condition, everything is so clean. And as y'all can hear, it's a little bit loud here because we currently have one of the generators running, but you guys get the point, this is the engine room. Now on each side of me, we have these MTU 4,000 series engines, that are capable of producing 3,400 horsepower. And these two engines are pushing this vessel at 19-knots speeds, which is about 22 miles an hour, almost, which is just incredible.

And at 12-knots speed, this yacht actually burns only 250 liters of fuel, which makes this yacht very efficient, considering its length and its size.

So that's that. - So wait, these look like they take the exhaust over to like some kind of processor over here. - Yes, so these engines, these are the exhaust, Mikey, it takes them to this catalytic converter system, basically, called SCR. And this system right here, makes this engine zero emissions.

How crazy is that? -  Really? - This massive mega-yacht. -  I guess that's more impressive. I was kind of impressed by the size of the air filters, but I guess that's not nearly as impressive as zero emissions, you know?

 - Everything about it, look at the size here, right? - Yeah.

- We also have three generators on this side of the yacht, two on each side, one down below us. And coming in here, this is super cool. We have this dedicated soundproof engineer's room here.

That way, you can close this door, it's nicely air conditioned in here. And you can see the condition of the engine, check all your levels, control everything, and make sure this vessel is running smoothly. Now I'm gonna go out to the other side. I know we have another door there, and we're back here.

Now, that's pretty much it for the engine room.

I mean, it's in amazing condition, they keep it so well, everything is so easily accessible. You can pretty much maintain anything you need here. Now let's jump back to the utility hallway, and continue our tour there. (relaxing music) Now getting out of the engine room, let's go check out some of these utility rooms. We have this hallway here.

And the first door on my right-hand side opens up to some of the machinery, and the water tanks. And speaking of water tanks, this vessel can hold up to 48,000 liters of fresh water, and 168 tons of fuel, which is insane. I mean, just think about that, for a scale, for a second. And continuing our tour. We have four walk-in freezers here, where they store all their food for the vessel.

And continuing here on my left-hand side, we have this door opening up to an hallway that takes us to the crew quarters. Now, when this yacht is fully staffed, it has 23 crew members, and they all have their space, nicely labeled, they have their own kitchen, and living room, and hangout areas.

And it's discretely positioned on the lower deck. They kind of have their access points for each level, I wanted to point that out. And continuing our tour, we have a few other storage rooms here.

And the room on my left opens up to the laundry room for this vessel. We have all these commercial washers and dryers, sink setup here. And this last door opens up to the ironing room. Since you wash and dry your clothes on the other side, this is where you prep 'em and make 'em ready. All right, I actually forgot one more room here, which is this one.

We have another walk-in fridge. Because where you put all your trash and everything in this yacht? Imagine you can be out at sea for a couple of weeks. You don't want your trash to be rotting, and smelling, and all the time. That's why you have a walk-in fridge dedicated for your trash.

So think about that. - [Mikey] A couple of months, maybe, even. - Maybe, maybe, right? Now, that's pretty much it for the engine room, crew quarters, and the utility rooms.

But on the lower deck, we actually have another area where we have three VIP state rooms.

So now let's go check that out. (relaxing music) All right, everyone, we are at the bottom of the grand staircase, and it brings us to the lower deck where we have these VIP state rooms, and a couple additional rooms. And we're gonna start our tour here with this door, and it takes us to the gym. I like this room because it's nicely tucked in on this level. You have these beautiful vertical LED-light details that runs all the way to the ceilings.

Mirrored wall on this side with a TV right in the center. And they dressed this room nicely with Technogym equipment. And Mikey, let's show around the corner here, we have another pocket door opening up to a beautiful walk-in shower with marble details, rain-head above, and you have your dry sauna right here. Even in the dry sauna, they have LED lighting, nicely built into the seating and underneath, awesome.

Now I want to take everybody back here, back to the hallway.

And the room next door is the movie theater. This room is extremely cozy. You have your plush carpet on the floors, screen on this side, everything is just beautifully clad with different materials, wood panels, wall sconces, Minotti side tables. I mean, you name it, they have it here. And in fact, you may think these are couches, these are actually electric recliner chairs.

So you can really get that movie theater effect. Another thing I want to mention, I know I've been- keep saying this throughout the tour, every little finish, chrome detail, wood paneling, all of it is installed by Bilgen. And they don't really subcontract any of their work.

They actually have in-house guys that handles all the marble stone details, polished chrome details, texture throughout. The fact that they install all these different finishes in-house, and finish a yacht like this, is honestly quite impressive.

Now, getting back out to the main hallway, there's actually another detail I want to point out. So we have one of the VIP state rooms here, and these are, Mikey, are key codes. Because when they built this yacht, they had chartering in mind. That way, if you charter this yacht, everybody can keep their rooms private. And Mikey, guess how much they can charge for a charter, when you own a yacht like this?

The yacht's 85 million? - This is 85 million euros. - Euro, let's say- - A hundred million dollars. - [Mikey] Let's say weekly, like, half a million a week? - They charge 775,000 to 800,000 euros per week, plus expenses to charter this yacht.

Think about that, you have crew, fuel, and all that stuff.

Goals right there, you know? - Goals, right? - A week, that's wild. - That is a lot of money, but it's an 85 million euro yacht.

So that's kind of what you get. Now, let's focus on the room, we have twin single beds here. Again, every little detail is beautifully decked out. Look at that gorgeous onyx stone with back-lighting that looks stunning. Again, beautiful wood detail, ceiling panels throughout.

And around the corner, we have a full bathroom for the suite. Now this is also really interesting. We have this door opening up to another suite, because in case you're here staying as a family, you can have your kids on the other side.

So these two rooms connects, or it doesn't, depending on if you keep the doors locked or not. This one has the double beds setup.

Again, another gorgeous stone in the back, beautiful lighting. These rooms are super cozy. And since we're on the lower deck, we're a little bit more closer, and kind of connected to the sea here. Looking at the other side of the bed, we have the recessed-in TV, beautiful built-ins. Mikey, we gotta get a close-up.

Look at all these inlays and reveals. And the cabinetry in this yacht is stunning. Let's quickly show this as well. We also have a little desk setup here, complimenting the room. And around the corner, as we're passing by these wardrobes, we have the bathroom here.

Beautiful stone vanity, with this hand-hammered sink design, your toilet setup. And around the corner we have the walk-in shower with rain-head, hidden drains.

These bathrooms with heated towel racks, I mean, this is incredible. All right, now, getting back out to the bedroom, and continuing our tour, right across, we have another VIP state room on this level. Super spacious, I mean, look how spacious these bedrooms are, this is incredible, right?

You have your king-size bed here, reading lights, another gorgeous stone on the back. Wardrobe, desk, connected to the sea. You have your automatic shades. I mean, I really wouldn't mind staying here, and calling this my home, you know? All right, Mikey, last door, opening up to a full bathroom for this room.

You have the fabricated sink here out of this beautiful stone, hand-hammered sinks, chrome fixtures. And over this way, we have a generous sized, built-in tub, clad with marble, chrome fixtures, rain-head above, I mean, stunning bathroom. And now I want to take everybody back to the hallway, so that way they can kind of connect the layout here.

And here we have the grand staircase again. That's pretty much it for the lower level.

Now let's go back up, and check out the bridge deck on the third level. (relaxing music) All right, everyone, here we are on the bridge deck. Now we're gonna start from the rear of this yacht, and work our way to the front. On this side, we have this outdoor deck area, super spacious, you have two seating sections facing the backside of the yacht. We currently have the awnings all up.

And focusing here, we got this gorgeous outdoor dining area that sits 12 people. Everything just looks so well polished. Again, all these polished chrome details. Materials are executed by Bilgin yachts. And on my left-hand side, we have two bar setups here, one by the cooktop, and the other one with a sink.

Again, great outdoor space. And to compliment the entertainment here, right in the center we have this built-in setup here with a marble top that has a pop-up TV. Now we have two sliding glass doors on each side. I'm gonna take everybody here, and let's go check out the sky lounge that we have on this level.

It starts right here.

As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by this circular seating area, built-in seating setup, marble tables in the center. Something about this room is very cozy. And right above us, they have the circular mirrored ceiling designed with recessed lights, LED mood lighting. That really makes the space cozy. Right on the other side, we have another built-in setup here, with another pop-up TV.

Of course you have your built-in speakers. And another cool detail about this section is that the sliding glass floors we have, you can actually pull them, and make the space a little bit more secluded, if you wanted to. Now, right behind me, sky lounge continues. We have a beautiful Porsche pool table here. On one side, we have a Yamaha grand piano, an additional seating area.

And over here, we have more seating areas and a small table setup, with beautiful stainless steel chairs. And of course we have massive windows on this level bringing in ton of natural light. And lastly, I gotta talk about this detail. Look at these beautiful hardwood floors with the chevron pattern and the inlay right in the center. Now, last part of this sky lounge, we have the bar area here, again, clad with marble, you have your bar seating.

And in front, you actually have this textured stone detail, bar has three wine fridges. And this door right here opens up the small kitchen, or galley, that kind of serves the sky lounge. You have your sink, cabinetry, pretty much everything you need there. And Mikey, why don't you come actually this way? So we can go behind the bar, that's the sky lounge.

And this is actually the main door from the staircase. Now I want to continue our tour. We have the elevator here. And of course, on my right-hand side, we have the grand staircase. Mikey, you ready?

This door opens up to a day head, half bathroom, stone-clad everywhere, nice sink and vanity, the design. That services the bridge deck. Now this is super interesting.

On my right-hand side, we have a private office with a built-in desk setup, some built-ins on the other side. And this hallway opens up to a really exciting room.

This is where we have the wheelhouse, or the Captain's quarters. - [Mikey] The brains. - The brains, right? We have two offices here, additional rooms. Captain's additional room on this side.

And going through this door, this is the main wheelhouse, or the control house, of this yacht. We have six 24-inch screens, two Captain chairs. This room is very cool and kind of futuristic. And this is where you control this vessel. - [Mikey] Yeah, this is where the magic happens.

This is where all the navigating- anything point A to point B.

This is where the Captain lives. - That's right, I agree. And now on this room, we have two doors that opens up to the side decks. I'm gonna open this one, and actually take everybody outside.

It is little bit windy today, so I hope you guys are not picking up from our mics. We have the wing station here. This is where you control the yacht as you're docking into a marina, that way it's a little bit easy, you can kind of see the edge. And I just love how nicely kind of tucked into the side it is. And continuing here, side deck continues with a teak finish.

And right behind me, or right in front of the wheelhouse, we have this awesome outdoor seating area. Everything is, again, nicely tucked in. And we actually have a door here, Mikey, that leads us down, and I want to step here, because this door actually takes us right underneath the bow of this boat. Because we have two massive butterfly doors here, opening up, and on the left-hand side, it stores four jet skis. And it's a hydraulic door that opens, really cool.

And on the right-hand side, we have two tenders dedicated for this yacht, built by Castoldi. And the last detail I want to talk about here is that right in the center of the bow, or on the front of the yacht, we actually have this metal pole that extends up, where it signals out a light at night. That way everybody knows that your yacht is right there. It's kind of like a warning signal for anybody that may not see your yacht.

And I mean, the bow of this boat is incredible.

It's a perfect spot for you to relax, lounge, you know, do yoga, whatever you want to do. And that's pretty much it for the bridge deck of this yacht. Now let's go inside and check out the owner state room. (relaxing music) All right, everyone. Now we are at the top level, owner's deck.

I'm gonna start our tour on the left-hand side of here to check out the lounge area for this level. It's nice and spacious, we have two chairs on this side, drop-down TV here. And right above me, we have skylight, bringing natural light to the space. And you even have your privacy shades here in case you want to darken this room. This may look like a nice padded wall with brass inlays, it's actually a Murphy bed that can drop down, that way you have two people sleeping here, if you need to.

Of course, since you're on the front side of the yacht, you have massive windows looking towards the views, automatic curtains throughout, including this door right here. In fact, why don't we hit the door right here and go outside, check out the front of the owner's deck. You have an additional outdoor seating here. Right in the center, this awesome hot tub setup with a glass front, again, complimenting the owner's deck. Now closing these doors, I want to take everybody back inside, and bring you guys to the staircase access.

Going to the other side, we have another pocket door here, takes us to the owner suite, starting here. Let's check out the bathroom, beautiful marble throughout. They used it on the walls as well, nicely bookmatched. You have two drop-in sinks, round mirrors. And over here, you have your tub setup, again, clad with this stunning marble.

You have your walk-in shower there, chrome fixtures, rain-head above. I mean, these bathrooms are like luxury home bathrooms. It's incredible that you're on a yacht right now. It's hard to think, you know? Now, we have dressing rooms on the other side, as well as here, pretty much a replica.

You have all this storage space. And in case you were wondering, since we were on the yacht, everything is on a lock, in a- some sort of a magnet mechanism. That way when you close something, it doesn't wobble or it doesn't open as you're cruising.

Now, going through here, we have another automatic sliding door opening up to the owner's bedroom. We have the king-size bed on the right-hand side, room is extremely spacious.

We have a small table setup on the right-hand side, facing the windows. And on the left-hand side, we have an awesome built-in seating section right next to the windows for you to sit down, and relax, and enjoy the views. And focusing here, to the bed setup again, I love this padded back, worldly designed with the brass inlay, you have your reading light. Macassar wood detail that we've been seeing throughout. And this wallpaper design here is actually made out of straws, which is super unique.

You know, they mentioned that to me.

So, really cool pattern there. Bed has all built-in LED lighting throughout. On my right-hand side, you have your TV setup. Over here, you can probably put an additional TV.

Even the ceilings here, they did this nice, layered detail, with mood lighting, built-in speakers. This is phenomenal, this is the owner's state room. You pretty much have everything you need here, including your bathrooms, lounge areas. I mean, you name it, this room has it.

You know what the nicest part about it is?

 - This is it. - [Mikey] No. - What is it? - [Mikey] It's that you can move it anywhere you want in the world. - Well, that's also true, obviously that's the benefit of having a yacht, right?

Yeah. - And now I'm gonna put my glasses on again, because we have these automatic sliding glass doors opening up to the Aft deck on this level. More outdoor seating, you have another amazing lounging area, right at the end. They currently have the awnings attached. You can actually see a massive GPS radar system above us.

This is just an awesome outdoor space dedicated to the owner's suite. (upbeat music) All right, everyone. That's it for the tour. What an amazing yacht. I want to congratulate Unique Yacht Design and H2, for doing a phenomenal job with the design elements of this yacht.

And I also want to congratulate Bilgin Yachts with the phenomenal execution, and the build of this incredible vessel. Over the last few days, we had a chance to spend time with Bilgin Yachts team.
